Delivery Information
We strive to ensure that most of the products listed on our site are always available from stock. Where an item is available from stock, your order will either be despatched same day(ordered before 12am) or next day if placed on a normal working day after 12am.. If an item is out of stock, we will advise by telephone or email either the same day (if a normal working day) or next working day (weekend/out of hours orders). If your Items are required at short notice please call to confirm stock availablility and despatch details, as we endeavour to complete all orders but due to the nature of the amount of Thule items available not all are able to be stocked at all times.
All large items are despatched via 24hr courier and require signiture on receipt. Smaller items under 2 kgs will be send Royal Mail 1st Class.
Saturday delivery service also available please call if this service is required.
No liability will be accepted for consequential losses incurred as a result of delayed delivery, unless explicitly stated in writing by a member of staff prior to ordering.
Zones and Service Information
England, Scotland and Wales(FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ITEMS)
A guaranteed next working day service is also available within this zone for a small surcharge. Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive. Next working day deliveries will not normally be made on a Saturday, with the exception of some smaller items which may be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
UK Offshore Islands(PLEASE CALL FOR COSTS)
This zone includes the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and any other destination which cannot be reached directly by road from the UK mainland. Delivery service is typically around 2-3 days to the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight, and around 3-5 days to Scottish Islands. Please call for shipping costs
We can ship roofboxes to UK offshore destinations prices available on request.
This zone excludes the Channel Islands. At the present time, we are unable to ship roofboxes and larger cycle carriers to the Channel Islands, but may be able to ship roof bar kits and similar items. Please contact us for more information if necessary.
Northern Ireland(PLEASE CALL FOR COSTS)
Deliveries to Northern Ireland are typically delivered in around 3-5 working days
